6 Books on How to Develop Emotional Maturity and Stay Calm

There are indeed hundreds of books on how to develop emotional maturity, but it would be unwise to spend your precious time and money on generic works and insights.  

Smart professionals like you know it’s almost impossible to thrive in the job market without a good dose of emotional intelligence. Therefore, learning how to develop emotional maturity is a vital skill.
