7 Books on How to Practice Mindfulness for Very Busy People

Staying grounded and having peace of mind is almost impossible if you don’t know how to practice mindfulness to reach your inner Zen.

Life in the 21st century is hectic, chaotic, and turbulent. And in their pursuit of success and wealth, most people lose sight of what matters the most—peace of mind.

The good news is, you don’t have to copy what most people do.

In other words, you can choose your own path. That is, you can decide to protect your sanity, your inner peace, and your inner Zen even in a world of uncertainty. But you need to establish a system that will equip you to get there.

The thing is, you can learn to intentionally turn your mind on and off.  “But How?” you might ask.

You can do it by practicing mindfulness exercises by yourself, getting a mindfulness coach, or reading good books on the topic.

For example, this post shares 7 books on how to practice mindfulness. I am not sure they are for you, but feel free to look at the list.

1- Practicing Mindfulness by Matthew Sockolov. The author covers topics ranging from a five-minute Power of the Mind exercise to a creative twenty-five-minute Open-Awareness one. And this book shares about 75 tips for the practice of mindfulness.
